Cancellation/Refund or Rescheduling Policy

How to request the CANCELLATION of the scheduled service

If you want to cancel the purchase made for any of Our Services , you may request a partial refund of the amount within 3 calendar days (72 hours), from the date of receipt of the order/schedule at your email address. To cancel, rest assured, there will be no forms or questions about it!

Cancellation/Refund Policy Details

  • If you want to cancel your purchase, send us an email with your full name, date of purchase and order number;

  • You will receive a refund within 10 business days from the date we receive your request;

  • The refunded amount will be credited to your Credit Card statement or your Bank Account;

  • The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store;

  • The refund to the customer will be made in the partial amount of the purchase, in the estimated percentages, as follows:

  1. For purchases made by Credit Card , the refund amount will be around 96% of the  purchase.

  2. For purchases made through Boleto Bancário , the estimated refund amount will be around 98% of the purchase price.

  3. For purchases made through Pix Transfer, the estimated refund amount will be around 99% of the purchase price.

Note: Our refund is partial due to the costs that are paid to the operator for the customer chargeback service.

    • If the cancellation of the scheduled session is made by Bailarina Celeste, the amount will be fully refunded, within 10 working days after the cancellation date.  

    How to request the rescheduling of your Therapy Session

    If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we can reschedule your session date/time.

    To reschedule you will not need to cancel your purchase on the site. We ask that you kindly contact us by email or whatsapp and we will find the best date and time that suits both parties.

    Additional Information

    • Services are provided online, via the Zoom platform;

    • The payment methods available in our virtual store are: Credit Card (all brands), Bank slip and Pix;

    • When scheduling a Therapy Session in our webshop  you will receive an automatic email with all the information regarding your session.
